Project Overview

Facilitated the development of the JKUAT Mombasa CBD Campus Strategic Plan (2018ΓÇô2022) to provide a clear institutional roadmap for academic excellence, operational efficiency, research growth, student services, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable campus development.

Business Challenge

The campus required a comprehensive strategic planning framework to align its academic programmes, operational priorities, infrastructure development, research initiatives, and stakeholder expectations with the University's long-term vision and national higher education objectives.

Our Approach

Conducted a three-day strategic planning workshop involving university management and key stakeholders. The consultancy incorporated document review, environmental scanning, SWOT analysis, stakeholder analysis, strategic objective formulation, and development of implementation and performance monitoring frameworks.
