Dr. Abdulrahman A. M. Almutwafy is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Global Signature Consultancy (GSC), where he provides strategic leadership in management consulting, institutional development, research, data analytics, digital transformation, and organizational performance improvement. With more than fifteen years of professional experience, he has successfully delivered consultancy assignments for government institutions, private sector organizations, development partners, universities, and non-governmental organizations across Kenya and Somalia. He is an accomplished Management Science Consultant, Data Scientist, Strategic Planning Expert, Researcher, and Lecturer with extensive experience in designing and implementing strategic plans, business continuity plans, organizational reviews, workload analyses, monitoring and evaluation systems, digital transformation strategies, and evidence-based policy frameworks. His consultancy approach combines analytical rigor, stakeholder engagement, innovation, and practical implementation to deliver sustainable organizational impact. Dr. Abdulrahman holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Technology from the Technical University of Mombasa, a Master of Science in Information Technology, a Master of Science in Computer Systems, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. His multidisciplinary academic background enables him to bridge management science with advanced information technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. Throughout his career, he has led the development of numerous strategic plans, institutional assessments, research studies, business plans, and digital transformation initiatives for public institutions, private companies, healthcare organizations, humanitarian agencies, and higher learning institutions. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, management consulting, organizational development, policy analysis, research methodology, statistical analysis, machine learning, geographic information systems, digital governance, business continuity planning, and capacity building.
